Sylacauga Health and Rehab and Spring Terrace will be hosting
Zach McGrady, local Licensed Pharmacist and Medicare Agent at Spring Terrace on November 13^th from 10am until 2pm.
There are new Medicare and Medicare advantage plan changes coming for 2025. Zach can help you choose the best health insurance and drug plans to best suit your needs for the upcoming year. He will be here to answer questions and help get you signed up. Please bring a list of your medications and your current health plan card. Sylacauga Health and Rehab and Spring Terrace want you to have the best information and the help you need to best cover your medical needs in the coming year.
